Distance: 12 km
This walk starts and ends at junction 63, parking Joppeweg 1 De Zilk
With so much dune area in the Dune and Flowerbulb Region, you can take many walks. And every piece of dune is unique. Take the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes for example, a beautiful mix of water, shifting dunes and rustling trees. In addition to the many bird species and foxes, there is also a good chance that you will come face to face with a fallow deer during your walk.
During the walk, you'll follow the footpaths of the Bollenstreek walking network up to junction 71. Then you'll pass the large car park. After passing the car park, turn right and follow the red poles into the dune area. The route you are walking now is part of the "Nederlands Kustpad". Follow the Kustpad to the junction with the Nieuwe Haasvelderweg. Via the Nieuwe Haasvelderweg you leave the dune area via junction 64.
