The kitchen is French oriented with oriental influences. of course, the Dutch kitchen is also represented. The menu changes four times a year, so that we can live up to our name and use truly seasonal products. Of course our wine list also changes with the seasons and our menu. Our MaandMenu changes every month and the Menu van de Chef even every day!
