The Zwanburg Route is a beautiful walk at the edge of the Kagerplassen and 't Joppe. You will walk past windmills and cows on the Zwanburgerpolder. To get to the Zwanburgerpolder, hikers are ferried across by the beautifully restored notary boat from 1908: De Heere Schouten.
