At some point, new challenges came her way and she decided to sell her business. Yvonne got a career in the educational world of hairdressing. This adventure started in Amsterdam at the Kapperacademy where she taught. In this position, Yvonne found that she was energised to share knowledge and skills with other professionals. Soon, this was picked up by a hairdressing chain. For this chain, Yvonne took care of the guidance and creative side. Then came the next challenge on her path: to put her own colour brand on the market for a hairdressers' wholesaler that was located throughout the Netherlands. In no time, Yvonne had gathered an entire team of education experts around her who provided training to other interested hairdressers. The next step was that she also did this for other brands in the industry worldwide.

With years of experience, Yvonne knows what she can offer her customers and which high-quality products she can work with best. She has chosen the products with care. The HEY team works with the products of Kevin Murphy and Living Proof. Both brands are environmentally friendly, animal-tested and sustainable products.
